Property Valuation

Yes, online platforms and bank valuation portals provide free property valuations, but they are generally inaccurate because such platforms use only quantitative factors (such as number of bedrooms) only but not qualitative factors (such as recent renovations).

Therefore, we perform manual valuation using comparative market analysis (CMA) for each property. This is the exact method used by every major bank.

We don't want out clients to face same situation. We want to get your property under the market value for you. For this, we must know the exact market price. So, we perform CMA manually for you.​Based on this, we offer the right price with right conditions to the seller within very short period of time.
